These terms are between you and Neural Twiin, 5450 rue Jarry Est, bureau 100, Montréal (Québec) H1P 1T9, Canada. By using livecaptionstudio.com, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. The Live Caption Studio application, when it is released, will have its own terms.

livecaptionstudio.com is an information site about Live Caption Studio, a local, multilingual live-captioning product in development. It lets you read about the product and, if you choose, join the beta list or the Box interest list.

The site is not the product. Nothing on it is a promise that a feature, price, date or hardware specification will be available. We may change or withdraw anything before release.

Joining the beta list or the Box interest list is free. It is not an order, a purchase, a deposit or a reservation. No payment is taken.

An invitation to the beta is at our discretion. We may decline an invitation or remove someone from the beta if the setup does not fit or if the list is misused.

The Box list is an interest list only. It does not reserve hardware, a price or a delivery date. Hardware specifications and prices are not final.

We will write to you about the beta or the Box as described in the consent box. You can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.

Prices shown on the site are in US dollars and are indicative. They may change before release. They are not an offer to sell.

We try to keep the site accurate, but we do not warrant that every description, price or specification is complete or current. If something is wrong, tell us and we will correct it.

You may read the site, share links to it and print pages for your own non-commercial use.

You agree not to: use the site unlawfully or to harm someone; submit someone else’s email address without their permission; send spam, malware or abusive content; scrape or copy the site at scale; try to bypass Turnstile or another security measure; or interfere with the site or another person’s use of it.

We may block or remove anyone who misuses the site.

The site, its text, illustrations, design and code, and the Live Caption Studio and Neural Twiin names and marks, belong to Neural Twiin or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. You may quote a short passage with a link to the page it came from.

We handle personal information as described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Please do not send confidential information through the forms. The notes field is for setup information, not secrets.

The site may link to other sites, such as neuraltwiin.ai. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Read their terms and policies.

We may change, suspend or stop the site or a list at any time. If we stop a list, we will handle personal information as described in the privacy policy.

We do not guarantee that the site will be available or free of errors.

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.

Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that the law does not allow us to exclude, including rights under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act.

To the extent permitted by law, Neural Twiin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from your use of the site.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us to use the site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for bodily injury, fraud or intentional misconduct, or your rights under consumer protection law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. If we make a material change, we will post a notice on this page. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply. You and we agree to the courts of the Judicial District of Montréal, except where the law gives you another forum.

Nothing in these terms limits your right to complain to a consumer protection body or to use a remedy the law gives you.
